The Semantic Web in 6 minutes

We’ve been heavily involved with the World Wide Web Consortium over the past several months working with the RDFa task force, chartered by the Semantic Web Deployment group. While the semantic web is many things to many people, it is quite simple at it’s core. Explaining that simplicity in less than 30 minutes, though, is quite a difficult task. We put together a very simple, playful, video that succinctly explains why the Semantic Web is such a big deal:

  1. Thanks Manu Great video, Does it describe the semantic web in 6 minutes?, although it may seem impossible, in a nutshell…Yes!

  2. I know there are digital picture frames that you can use all year, but, I was looking for a way to display them during the holidays, especially Christmas. I could only find one kind of digital photo ornament on the market and they only came in 3 colors and were round, kind of boring. Then the other day I came across a brand new digital photo ornament that is not even available yet, but the company is taking pre-orders and will start shipping in June ‘08. The digital photo ornaments are amazing and come in all shapes and sizes and they have free shipping.
